Gently Used
Condition Guide
Every used item gets checked before it goes on sale. Here's what each grade means.
Like New
Worn once or twice, or never. No fading, pilling, stains or repairs. Looks like it just came off the rack.
Excellent
Lightly worn. Color and fabric still strong. You might spot the tiniest bit of wear if you look up close.
Good
Clearly worn and still has plenty of life left. Could show light fading or soft pilling. Any flaw gets mentioned in the description.
Every used item is
- ■Washed or cleaned before listing
- ■Checked for stains, holes and odors
- ■Zippers, buttons and seams tested
- ■Measured flat by hand, so you can check the fit
- ■Any flaw is listed in the description
How to check the fit
Lay a shirt or pair of pants that fits you well flat on a table. Measure it the same way we do: chest straight across under the arms, length from the top of the collar seam to the bottom, waist straight across, and inseam from the crotch seam to the hem. Then compare those numbers with the measurements on the product page.
